ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Departments 

President

The President is the executive head of the Gram Panchayat and is responsible for overall administration and governance.

Vice President

The Vice President assists the President and performs duties assigned by the Panchayat or in the President's absence.

Standing Committees

Standing Committees oversee various sectors such as Development, Welfare, Health, Education, Finance, and Public Works.

Development Standing Committee

Plans and implements development projects for the Panchayat.

Finance Standing Committee

Prepares the budget, manages financial matters, and monitors expenditure.

Health & Education Standing Committee

Supervises public health, education, sanitation, and social welfare activities.

Welfare Standing Committee

Implements welfare programmes for women, children, senior citizens, and marginalized communities.

Other Committees

Special committees are constituted whenever required to address specific subjects and projects.

Panchayat Secretary 

Assistant Secretary

Assists the Secretary in administration and supervises assigned functions.

Junior Superintendent

Supervises office administration and coordinates day-to-day operations.

Accountant

Maintains accounts, financial records, and prepares financial statements.

Clerk

Handles office files, public applications, records, and correspondence.

Senior Clerk

Processes files, verifies records, and assists in administrative work.

Office Assistant

Provides general office support, document handling, and assists the administrative staff.
